You will be our eyes and ears in Brazil and your job is to mentally move our conversation from the conference room in Stockholm to the busy streets of Rio de Janeiro or Sao Paulo.
You are curious about people and their behaviour and wants to find the true meaning behind human actions. You are excited by what you don't know and see every question as an opportunity to learn something new. You will be conducting user research tackling both big and small challenges by e.g. testing new concepts, conducting interviews and doing field studies.
You are a great story teller who can convey our users’ excitement and frustration using Instabridge. You have opinions and are not afraid to speak your mind, even with executives over a shaky Skype-connection across the globe.
You have experience from working in a multicultural setting and bridging the gap between these cultures. This means that it's easy for you to fit in in most environments and you see cultural barriers as opportunities to build bridges.
You are the first user researcher at Instabridge and will be creating the foundation for our future user research. So we expect that you have previous experience from the field and is willing to move both Instabridge and your self forward in this role.
You are a fluent speaker and writer of both English and Portuguese, and if you happen to know a little Spanish it’s a big plus.
